Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure rigorous compliance with quality standards across all facility management operations and FM Projects.
2. Maintain processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Support the FM Organization through internal and external compliance audit programs and inspections.
4. Maintain inspection readiness and support inspections and audits for EHS compliance.
5. Ensure compliance and alignment with relevant business policies and procedures.
6. Interface with the projects team to support solutioning for critical assets and supporting quality management.
7. Drive continuous improvement through change management processes within our quality management system.
8. Support the oversight of critical assets management and project management for the FM organization.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, industrial management, or environmental health and safety).
2. Proven experience in quality compliance management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
3. Experience in managing compliance and maintaining inspection readiness.
4. Knowledge of engineering principles, change management processes, and automation systems.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
