Responsibilities:
1. Lead in collection of User requirement specifications and drive sessions in close alignment with business stakeholders, implementation team and project management.
2. Support and drive in completing the documentation for User requirement specifications and get the required details from vendors.
3. Lead in getting the user requirements sign off for the integrations build and drive in generating sample files for integration.
4. Design prototyping the build based on User requirement specifications and conduct mock up sessions and alignment meetings with business stakeholders and project team.
5. Architect solution design and review design specifications to adhere to the design standard from the project management.
6. Drive design, prototyping, build, test and cutover integration activities during respective phases of the project and meeting scope, quality, timelines defined by program management.
7. Coordinate development teams from different IT CoEs (including AMS Factory Services) for design, build and test of applications in scope of HCM Program.
8. Global design solutions documentation including As-Is integration inventory, To-Be integration landscape, integration strategy, design, functional specifications and test scripts.
9. Required integration changes resolution applications in scope of the HCM Program.
10. Act as a focal point for integrations design topics. Act as an expert for legacy and third party (Non-Workday) applications in scope of HCM Program.

1. Knowledge in SAP ERP HCM.
2. Knowledge in Workday HCM - Payroll.
3. Design skills.
4. Payroll Integrations experience.
