Responsibilities: Develop and execute grain trading strategies in line with market conditions. Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with global suppliers and customers. Monitor and analyze market trends to inform buying and selling decisions. Manage logistics, including freight arrangements and compliance with trade regulations. Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery of grains. Maintain relationships with key market participants, including exporters and brokers. Contribute to budget preparation and implementation within approved limits. Prepare regular reports on trading activities and market developments. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field. 12-15 years of experience in grain trading, with 5 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of global grain markets and commodity derivatives. Proven ability to manage risk and execute trades in volatile markets. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
