We are actively seeking a Director of Product Management
Role Responsibilities
Lead marketing studies for Kandou’s products.
Manage business case generation, MRD creation, market launch plans and portfolio management.
Direct market segmentation and opportunity sizing: TAM/SAM/SOM modelling.
Research and document all inputs on competitive and market analysis.
Track new opportunities and facilitate activities for design-in and revenue realization.
Monitor sales forecasting, providing insights on funnel growth, ensuring peer review and robust methodology.
Direct customer facing material, marketing collateral, and training material for product promotion.
Drive the product roadmap, including next generation products.
Experience
Strong technical leadership skills. Must have working knowledge of SerDes and a passion for high-speed, high-quality, signal conditioning. Understanding of high-speed interconnects their markets, standards, industry developments, application specifics and opportunities is desirable.
Strong track record of IC developments for applications including Networking, Data Centers, Storage, Communications, Compute, Satellites, Test, and Consumer Electronics.
Capable of engaging and leading discussions with customers, understanding their needs and what they care about. Keeps customers at the forefront of what Kandou does, conveying understanding and urgency across product development teams.
Track record of leading the Product Management function, capturing market requirements and customer needs, developing problem statements and solutions. Creating commercial proposals derived from in-depth stakeholder discussions regarding functionality, performance, and other considerations, and relating to implementation tradeoffs with product development and commercial teams.
Experienced at developing, refining and prioritizing Product Roadmaps, driving the success of the development team and product delivery metrics in a measured and predictable manner.
Practiced communicator with all stakeholders: from customers to internal leadership, and individual team members, understanding details/constraints, that can impact success.
Capable of challenging the status quo, driving team performance in a sustainable manner, making the difference between satisfaction and disappointment.
10+ years experience within Product Management / Product Marketing is desirable.
