* You will play a central role in our business and IT transformation programme to replace our core insurance systems.
* You will develop strategies to bridge the gap between the new core system and the legacy and coordinate their implementation to maximise compatibility and efficiency.
* Act as single point of contact for the integration and identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost minimisation.
* You develop sustainable solutions in collaboration with the programme management, the product owners, the SMEs and the IT architects from Switzerland, Italy and Spain.
Skills:
* At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a complex project environment.
* A comprehensive understanding of integration and IT architecture that you can apply effectively in collaboration with peers and management.
* The ability to develop and implement integration strategies in complex large-scale projects in the financial services industry.
* Strong analytical skills, forward thinking and the ability to identify potential for optimisation and cost reduction.
* A strong commitment to delivering high quality, sustainable solutions.
* Fluency in German and business fluent in English.
* You are a passionate and resilient driver of change.
