Tasks
* Responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract closure.
* Active identification and acquisition of new clients (mainly in Switzerland) in the healthcare sector, including pharmaceutical companies, MedTech, diagnostics, hospitals/clinics, etc.
* Relationship management and support for existing clients, including consulting on cross-selling and upselling offers.
* Proactive measures to win back former clients.
* Close collaboration with the account management and project teams.
* Support and client acquisition at trade fairs and events.
Requirements
* Strong sales flair and a dynamic personality.
* Independent, customer- and performance-oriented approach.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Proven success in sales is a plus (experience in a comparable company is an advantage), career changers are also welcome!
* Affinity for digital products and services, as well as digitalization topics.
* Connection to the healthcare industry through formal work experience, education, or personal interests.
* Fluent in Swiss, German, and English; French is an advantage.
