Equity Research Analyst
With more than 200 professionals, our Investment Solutions department is responsible for providing sophisticated and customized investment proposals to our private clients. In this context, we are looking for an Equity Research Analyst for our Geneva office:
Mission :
1. Join the Equity Research team (15 financial analysts in charge of various sectors and regions).
2. Under the supervision of the senior analyst in charge of the industrial sector, fundamental analysis of large- and mid-caps across a number of sub-sectors
3. Within a given universe, selection, analysis, initiation and promotion of investment convictions (this requires a thorough understanding of the business models, financial statement modeling, and determination of valuation and price targets)
4. Promote investment ideas to equity advisors, bankers, portfolio managers and our end clients.
5. Integration of long-term thematic thinking.
6. Develop detailed understanding of the sustainability profile of the companies covered (going beyond the traditional ESG vision and analysing the long-term strategy of companies to enable them to meet the challenges posed by structural trends).
Desired profile :
7. Master's degree in Finance/Economics, CFA or equivalent an asset
8. 2 to 5 years of experience as a financial analyst (sell-side or buy-side) in a recognized institution
9. Perfect command of English, French would be a strong plus
10. Excellent level of oral and written communication
11. Open-mindedness, dynamic and entrepreneurial attitude, strength of conviction
