About the role
Accountable for management of projects under responsibility of Technical / Nyon plant, managing cross-functional teams to deliver assigned projects, meeting timeline, cost, and quality standards as determined and agreed in the project scope.
The position holder is responsible for managing the project starting from the approval of the business case or the STP until completion of all project deliverables.
Mainly, the concerned projects types are New Product Introduction, Product Innovation, value Enhancement projects, Product transfers in Haleon Group and at CMOs.
Key responsibilities:
* May participate to Business case construction, to assess order of magnitude of needed resources and financials.
* Build a project team of SME (Subject Master Experts: Technical, Analytical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, R&D, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Quality control) with alignment with Sponsor of the project and line managers, unify team to create a collective skill.
* Develop and make approve project charters or SIA, outline project scope, deliverables, timelines, budget and key milestones of each project.
* Plan (Integrating timing plan of local markets), facilitate, drive, and manage all activities, including cross functional resources assigned to each project.
* Set under controls projects in Scope, Time and Cost components, ensure achievement of short and long term objectives.
* Track, monitor, and report/communicate progress versus project plan in Scope, Time and Cost components.
* Manage risks, issues and contingencies linked to the projects under his/her accountability and escalates any unresolved issues to the relevant function lead and key stakeholders.
* Facilitate cross-functional interactions and provide support between functions and areas as needed, by contributing to a climate for success in project teams.
* Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders across functions and demonstrates personal ownership and accountability for results (project team, sponsors, R&D, categories, …).
* At project delivery, prepare Hand Over and transmit it to Project Owner/Customer to deliver officially the project, assess actual resources and financials consumption in comparison with budget, lead the lessons learned activities.
* Take ownership for driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and sharing them with other teams.
* Work closely with Global Innovation & Technical, leveraging and sharing best practices and expertise in identified areas.
* Ensure that relevant EHS, GxP standards and Compliance are considered in the management of the project and its deliverables.
Qualifications and skills:
* Engineer / Master degree Level.
* Proven delivery of effective project management across a range of project types and complexities.
* Strong analysis skills.
* Ability to map out and understand complex, highly interdependent issues – to distill simplicity and solutions.
* Understanding of the key business processes and functions within a transnational and multi-cultural healthcare company.
* Knowledge of GMP and EHS requirements, SAP.
* Strong communication skills.
