Senior Key Account Manager

As a Senior Key Account Manager in our Taste & Wellbeing Division at Givaudan, you will be based in Hong Kong. You will report to the National Sales Director. You will provide ongoing support to main accounts, develop new revenue opportunities with main accounts and explore new customers.
You will focus on:
1. Develop strategic relationships with clients at both senior and operational levels, sophisticated in the working environment of Market Giant in Hong Kong and Mainland China, including the complicated organization structure, and frequent change in Market Giant.
2. Independently develop the account sales strategy and ADP (business development plan), initiating, planning, and leading the activities to deliver the account strategy with support from the internal team.
3. Achieve annual sales targets, project pipeline, and WIN rate (the measurement for the winning project / the total projects engaged).
4. Identify customer needs and build a clear business case for each individual project.
5. Work with the regional team to support innovation project development and contribute to the commercialization of the innovation.
6. Maintain high business ethics in daily work and protect the partner's reputation.
7. Play a project leader role in leading and motivating the cross-functional team in daily work, ensuring our resources (time, HR, expense, investment) are used effectively.
8. Manage internal stakeholders to ensure a good understanding of projects/customers.

Your professional profile includes:
1. Passion to win
2. Good sales experience in selective categories, preferably in Beverage, Snacks or Foodservice (Coffee, Tea & QSR).
3. Experience researching and generating leads to drill to the cause.
4. Good organizational awareness.
5. 5-8+ years of experience in the food ingredient/additives industry
6. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
