Context & Environment
TotalEnergies Gas & Power Trading (TGP) and its affiliates has a large and complex systems environment, which is evolving with the expansion of the power trading business and its impact on trading IT. This role is global and focuses on the establishment of Energy Management Control Centers, which consist of complex infrastructure allowing to connect, monitor and send commands to assets (CCGTs, Batteries, Solar & Wind farms, etc.). An EMCC also connect to a TSO to report in close real time the status of the different connected assets (frequency, voltage, power, etc.). As EMCCs allow to dispatch assets connected to the electrical grid, they must also respond to high-availability, resiliency, performance, scalability and cyber requirements imposed by TSOs.
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical design & overall deployment of the IT and OT infrastructures necessary to establish Energy Management Control Centers (EMCC). You will ensure the quality of the design of the solution as well as the respect of all cyber & security principles related to communication flows between all the different constituents of an EMCC (software components as well as renewable assets). In this role, you will own the delivery of these solutions, will be working with third party providers, contributing to contract establishment and supervising their execution. You will also be involved in procurement activities and act as an escalation point for the resolution of technical/operational issues in production. You will work closely with other Technical Leads for the integration of systems/applications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
