- Advice, sales and wine service in the various Food & Beverage outlets- Ensuring a smooth drinks service at all times- Co-designing the wine list- Wine purchasing in close collaboration with the Head Sommelier- Cellar organisation and inventory- Co-leading, training and promoting the service team and organising training courses - Other tasks may be assigned depending on business needs - Training as a catering specialist EFZ, hotel management school, further training as a sommelier- Can create your own multi-course pairings- Very good knowledge of wine and sparkling wine as well as café, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks- Storytelling - you can bring the stories about the wines to the guest- Are a bright, well-groomed person who loves the contact with our guests - High quality awareness- Enjoy working in a team- You are flexible, resilient, conscientious, detail- and customer-orientated - Have a good knowledge of German, English and French.
