As part of the professionalization of the operational management of our Client Lifecycle Management product, we are looking for a motivated Operations Manager. The product is responsible for the implementation and operation of all client lifecycle processes using a Business Process Management System. In collaboration with the product owners, you will help to further improve the operational processes and provide top-notch service to our internal customers.
What are your tasks?
* Management and continuous improvement of the support process and the operational management of our Client Lifecycle product.
* Planning management and daily support of the support team.
* Cross-product coordination of issues, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.
* Definition, visualization, and reporting of operational KPIs and SLAs.
* Coordination of urgent support cases.
* Monitoring of incidents and problems, including coordination of measures for resolution and stabilization.
Your profile
* Completed studies in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
* Several years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a comparable position.
* Strong problem-solving skills and experience in technical support.
* Knowledge of Avaloq and BPMS (e.g., Appway) is desirable.
* Team player and communicative, resilient personality with initiative, implementation strength, and high social competence.
* Systematic, structured, and independent working style.
* Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
