For oneof our clients, a global leading contract manufacturer for medicaldevices, we are looking for a Key Account / Business DevelopmentManager for the DACH region.
(Need tobe fluent in German & English, French is a plus)
Your Tasks:
AsKey Account / BD Manager, you will play a key role in developingstrategic partnerships and establishing relationships withappropiate Customers. Your main tasks will include:
For ExistingCustomers:
* Act as the primary liaison,representing the customer's voice within thecompany.
* Monitor customer strategies andneeds
* Oversee and coordinate allcustomer-related RFQ (Request for Quotation)activities.
* Address P&L concerns incollaboration with the company' plants and thecustomer.
* Grow the customer’s business,contributing to annual budgetplanning.
* Collaborate with internal teams(Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, SCM) and program managers toalign efforts around the customer.
For ProspectiveCustomers:
* Dedicate approximately 50% of yourtime to prospecting and networking to develop new marketopportunities.
* Secure new clients and marketsthat align with the company’s capabilities, driving top-linegrowth.
* Present compelling value propositionsto new prospects, winning significant newopportunities.
* Build trusted relationshipsacross all levels of prospective organizations, including C-levelexecutives.
YourProfile:
* Master’s degree in Engineeringwith experience in the electronics / healthcareindustry.
* Proven B2B sales experience,demonstrating consistent success in closingdeals.
* Customer-centric, positive attitude withstrong listening, negotiation, and relationship-buildingskills.
* Self-driven, organized, and able tomanage cross-functional efforts throughinfluence.
* Strong internal and externalcommunication skills.
* Results-oriented, with atrack record of driving top-line growth and contributing toEBITDA.
* Fluent in German and English; Frenchwould be a plus
* Willingness to travelfrequently (minimum 50% travel).
