Junior Brand Manager (Financial planning / Product Launch)
For our Pharma client based in Zurich, we are looking for a young and dynamic Junior Brand Manager.
Main Information:
* End date: 1 year duration with possibility of extension
Our client is looking for a Junior Brand Manager who will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and your responsibilities & key tasks will be as follows:
Your responsibilities:
* Lead the brand management of a group of brands handling various tasks from business forecasting, financials planning, and various marketing activities for product life cycle management.
* Actively participate in the strategic plan for the brands, such as the launch of new products: annual business plan development as well as operational launch follow-up (retro-planning, budget, packaging development).
* Understand major players in the market and follow-up on in-market brand performance: data analysis & recommendations.
* Drive some key projects for the total business such as packaging projects, social media development, website management, market research, and promotional activities.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams such as regulatory/medical/Pricing to ensure business continuity.
* Support team members of different projects that are critical to the business and that need support from the marketing team. Assist the Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager and ensure the following tasks:
* Ensure the brand investments follow-up and budget accurate tracking.
* Exchange with external suppliers (communications agency, market research agency) and internal stakeholders (trade marketing, regulatory, International Marketing) to ensure follow-up of key projects.
Your Profile:
* Degree in marketing: Business school, Engineering school, or Pharmacist (master's is a plus).
* Minimum of 6 months experience in Marketing or Sales.
* Fluency in German and English (French is a plus).
* Experience in healthcare or FMCG is a plus.
* Rigorous and autonomous, able to work independently.
* Able to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
* Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
* Determined and results-oriented.
* Proactive and keen to take initiatives in an agile fast-paced environment.
* A team player with a supportive attitude.
* Creativity and analytical skills.
