* Analyze and specify requirements for building new features and for enhancing existing features.
* Define and document interface level requirements: field gap analysis, field mappings, document details.
* Discuss the requirements with various stakeholders: product/project managers, UX, business representatives, technology leads, etc.
* Work with the project delivery team to ensure that the project implementation tasks are properly formulated and documented.
* Work with the QA team to match functional test cases against the agreed requirements.
What we're looking for:
* You have a University degree, of a science, technical, or economical nature.
* You have experience with regulated environments, ideally in banking.
* You have the required analytical, conceptual, and creative skills to be successful in a complex and fast-paced environment.
* You have excellent communication skills, needed to gather and document requirements from stakeholders, and you prove thoroughness, accuracy, and close attention to details.
* You are familiar with both waterfall and agile methodologies and have experience with different tools like JIRA and Confluence.
