Job Description
1. Lead and deliver HR services across multiple sites in Switzerland for the company, ensuring efficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
2. Partner with senior leadership teams to implement key HR initiatives aligned with the strategic goals of the company.
3. Oversee a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment planning and induction to performance management and talent review.
4. Manage and support employee relations, providing high-quality advice in line with the company's policies and legal regulations.
5. Supervise HR administrative tasks, such as updating policies, procedures, and maintaining the employee handbook.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
7. Drive HR process improvement initiatives and support payroll processes in collaboration with external providers.
8. Act as a business partner for strategic HR initiatives, contributing to budgeting, workforce planning, and alignment of staffing costs with budget constraints.
9. Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee-related matters, maintaining a positive work environment.
10. Oversee the recruitment process, focusing on hiring qualified and diverse candidates.

5. Proven experience in HR management, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
6. Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance, with both strategic and operational HR capabilities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and French.
8. Experience working with HRIS systems.
