Position summary
The main responsibility of the Visual Assets Database Assistant is to support the Visual Asset Coordinator in maintaining the visual asset database which stores all the photos and videos of the Foundation.
You will ensure that the image library of the Foundation respects the guidelines in terms of naming, image quality, IP rights and caption.
This position is a 1-year fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
1. Maintaining the visual assets database
1. Register all the photo and video assets on the image library with the appropriate copyrights and legends according to the defined classification.
2. Ensure that the collected content (photos and videos) is cleared in terms of IP rights.
3. Respect the planning and priorities defined.
4. Ensure the quality of the database and identify technical improvements.
2. Provide the visual assets to relevant stakeholders
1. Prepare the assets in albums to share with the relevant stakeholders in the Foundation and with external parties.
Profile
1. 1 year minimum of experience in digital visual asset classification.
2. Knowledge in visual communication and interest in the métiers d’art.
3. Familiar with digital asset management systems.
4. Notions of IP rights.
5. Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop.
6. Able to work both in English and in French.
