Lead client relationships and develop a practice with a talented team to shape client work and drive revenue growth. Partner with life sciences leaders to realize strategic priorities and transform organizations. Bring innovative offerings to market and deliver outstanding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a book of business of roughly 5-8 million Swiss Francs.
* Own performance targets for assigned accounts and work with internal teams to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
* Lead the client development and engagement process for large scale transformation programs.
* Develop account plans based on client needs and implement and monitor them with rigor.
* Accountable for client development, opportunity management, and client delivery in assigned accounts.
Requirements:
* 15-25 years of professional experience, including 8+ years in consulting.
* Strategy consulting experience in Life Science, Biotech or Pharma from a top 5 consulting company.
* Operational experience delivering consulting in multiple functional areas.
* A track record of client development and managing a book of business.
* A natural leader with the ability to influence, delegate, and collaborate with staff and colleagues.
