Frontline Communications Manager (f/m/d) 80-100%

We are seeking a Frontline Communications Manager with a minimum of 5 years of communications experience to deliver clear, engaging, and exciting communications around internal changes and product launches to our frontline employees and leadership teams. In this role, you will create moments and develop internal communications that not only support and engage the frontline but also foster strong collaboration and alignment with team leaders and senior leadership.
Tasks:
* Lead communication campaigns to introduce new tools, processes, and products to frontline employees
* Create and distribute clear, timely messages through various channels tailored specifically for the frontline
* Develop briefings and explore new ways to communicate effectively with frontline teams
* Provide team leaders with the resources and content they need to communicate effectively at the right time
* Explore ways of engaging, supporting and managing the frontline leadership community
* Encourage two-way communication with frontline employees to gather feedback, improve engagement, and strengthen company culture
* Track and evaluate the effectiveness of communications using metrics to enhance employee engagement
* Support engagement activities such as recognition programs, events, and other strategic initiatives and interact and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in communications
* Strong ability to distill complex information into clear and engaging content
* Proven experience in fast-paced industries (e.g., telecommunications) is advantageous but not required
* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
* Demonstrated experience in end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting, and execution
* Highly collaborative with a strong curiosity and a proactive approach to team dynamics
* Fluency in both English and German; proficiency in French and/or Italian is a valuable asset
