This position reports to the Senior Key Account Manager Switzerland and is based in Zug, Switzerland (hybrid).

What will you do
Key Responsibilities
1. Independent and target-oriented planning, management and control as well as the realization of your sales and profit targets for allocated customer portfolio.
2. Detailed analysis of the market environment; development and implementation of resulting customer potential in line with the Kenvue strategy.
3. Focus on E-Com & New Business: identification and integration of new customers; driving exponential growth.
4. Full P&L responsibility for allocated customer portfolio; deliver against quarterly customer targets; optimization of trade spends to drive top line and bottom line growth.
5. Independently conduct annual negotiations and lead the planning of the customer budget for the national key accounts.
6. Cross-functional coordination and collaboration with relevant stakeholders from Marketing, Customer Activation, Supply Chain and Controlling to ensure holistic customer support.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1. Successfully completed university degree with focus on business or similar.
2. An average of 3 years of professional experience, including preferably at least 1 year in Key Account Management.
3. Goal-oriented approach, ability to work in a high-pressure environment and ready to embrace a high level of personal responsibility.
4. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.
5. Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PPT.
6. Fluent in German and English.
7. Driving license B.
