For our client, a world leader in providing innovative and niche technical solutions, we are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join them to drive sales growth.
Your responsibilities:
1. Hunting and developing new customers in the region assigned through independent travel and managing distributor relationships.
2. Developing and implementing strategic plans for the company’s sales goals.
3. Meeting with engineers and R&D to determine their needs and preferences and explaining products & expertise offered by the company.
4. Clarifying requirements with clients and providing suitable solutions.
5. Understanding customer technical requirements and mapping them to company products and solutions.
6. Identifying areas of improvement and communicating these issues and possible solutions with multiple stakeholders.
7. Preparing proposals and contracts to help secure new business opportunities and projects to design.
8. Managing the sales pipeline in CRM system for predictable revenue generation, prioritization, and forecasting.
Your Profile:
1. You are a real sales professional with 5 to 10 years’ experience in the Electronic and Electric industry.
2. You speak German & English fluently; other languages are an asset.
3. Sales hunting is your strength, and you are willing to develop a portfolio.
4. Bachelor’s or technical degree in engineering or electronics.
5. You have a proven track record of success in sales management as well as experience in the electronic field.
6. Leadership skills and proactivity are required; you will have real autonomy in your daily routine.
