Your Profile:
* Work experience in stewarding/cleaning is an advantage
* Knowledge of English; German is a nice to have
* Good physical resilience
* Flexibility regarding working hours
* Independent, exact way of working
Your Tasks:
* Compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards in the back of house area
* Compliance with the HACCP guidelines
* Carrying out cleaning work in the scullery, kitchen, cold stores, and storage rooms
* Working on the dishwasher, proper sorting and clearing of dishes, cutlery, and porcelain
* Work according to daily and monthly cleaning plans
* Careful handling of the F&B materials
* Cost-conscious use of resources
* Professional use of the appropriate cleaning products and tools
