MONCLER is looking for a Store Manager for its new boutique to be opened in Lugano.
The Store Manager strives to reach excellence in business performance and key qualitative objectives always going beyond expectations, inspiring, managing, and coaching the team.
Main activities will be:
1. Create a genuine, attentive, and long-lasting relationship with the clients, based on listening, meeting, and exceeding client's needs and expectations;
2. Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs, in a challenging competitive environment.
3. Maintain visual merchandising standards and the overall standards in terms of technical maintenance, cleanliness, staff personal appearance
4. Constantly enhance the knowledge of the brand's history and values, promote collections, and product features;
5. Create an exciting work environment where trust and respect for diversity is valued;
6. Empower others through engagement and motivation: recognize individual strengths and provide solutions to consistently improve;
7. Recognize talent and potential, as well as a feedback-oriented coaching environment, while ensuring team and individual development.
8. Lead the team to achieve common goals, identifying clear priorities, tasks, and definition of roles;
Requirements:
1. 5 Years+ previous experience in managerial roles in structured Fashion & Luxury/Retail Companies (International Companies preferred);
2. Willingness to evolve in the organization,
3. Proven excellent client service & Sales skills
4. Expertise in Clienteling
5. Fluency & sophistication in Italian and English, while another language would be a plus;
6. Digitally aware. Deep knowledge of MS Office, payments, and warehouse management systems and tools.
