Human by nature.Global Head of Compensation - Your next role?As the Global Head of Compensation, you will develop and implement our global compensation programs and policies to help deliver the HR strategy and to attract, and engage talent. You will be a key member of the Global Rewards team, alongside the Head of Benefits and the Head of Mobility, shaping and delivering strategic initiatives. You will join at the beginning of a new 5-year strategic cycle, positioning you to make a significant impact from the outset.Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement by designing competitive compensation practices, ultimately making a meaningful impact on the overall employee experience and organizational performance.Your main responsibilities will be:Assess the effectiveness of global compensation programs and policies by designing strategic and cost analyses leading to recommendations based on feasibility of changes, return on investment, competitiveness, internal consistency and best practices.Drive the implementation of new and enhanced global fixed, variable and equity compensation practices, programs and policies.Monitor local and regional compensation practices of existing business and newly integrated companies, providing expertise on complex matters.Design and drive the global compensation agenda, including salary structures, annual salary increase, short-term and long-term incentive plans.Establish, maintain and promote compensation policies, guidelines and governance that support fair and compliant pay practices across all levels and countries.Provide expert advice and consultation to HR and senior leaders on complex compensation matters.Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing global team of regional compensation and LTIP managers.Through close collaboration and partnership with our Givaudan Business Services Rewards team, deliver core compensation processes to the business, i.e., annual salary review, annual variable pay, and long term incentive.Provide thought leadership on external compensation trends and practices including compensation management systems.Your successful profile includes:Relevant university degree.15 -20 years experience in compensation management.Experience in leading and developing international teams.Proficiency in analyzing compensation data, market trends and employee performance metrics to inform decisions.Strong project management, change management and presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to convey complex compensation concepts to all stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a matrixed global environment.Ability to travel internationally as required.Fluency in English and preferably other language.At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.
