You act as a sparring partner for financial and business-related queries from unit management and are part of the management team for the business unit. • You are responsible for managing effective controlling and for tasks such as financial planning, reporting and operational accounting in the relevant business unit. • You support major development projects from a financial and business-related perspective. • You are also responsible for preparing, managing and refining the existing planning and forecast processes. • In addition, you ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements are produced in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations and IFRS. • Finally, your responsibilities include advancing development projects within the Finance unit or the relevant business unit. What you have to offer: A business administration degree forms the basis of your career path. • You also have substantial experience in controlling, auditing or consulting, with a focus on finance. • In addition to sound knowledge of finance and accounting, you have a strong affinity for IT and good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and PowerBI. • Your strengths include extensive conceptual skills, strategic understanding, excellent implementation skills and assertiveness, as well as strong, audience-appropriate communication skills. • You enjoy a dynamic environment and preferably already have knowledge of corporate structures. • To ensure that you can communicate optimally with us, good English and German skills are required.
