* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
* Provide recruitment support including job postings, interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers
* Prepare and handle the on- and offboarding off employees
* Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries
* Assist with organizing events, trainings and workshops
* Manage general HR administrative tasks as needed
* Successfully completed further education or apprenticeship in a relevant field
* First experiences in HR administration or similar role
* Fluent in Englisch, proficient in German
* Experienced with MS Office; HR software a plus
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills
