What you'll do
In this position, you will be responsible for expanding Futurae's strategic partnerships with Financial Services Technology organizations. Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are necessary. This is a hybrid role that combines market development, relationship management, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
1. Identify, assess, and investigate new partnership opportunities in line with the overall sales strategy.
2. Structure, negotiate, and obtain executive alignment with key partner executives and maintain long-term relations with strategic partners, ensuring continuous quality and motivation of partner organizations.
3. Manage the onboarding and knowledge transfer to enable our partners' sales and support teams.
4. Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives.
5. Measure and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics such as sales and revenue.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
7. Regularly communicate with partners to ensure alignment and foster collaboration.
Required Skills
1. Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - an MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
3. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
4. Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
5. Superior relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
8. Proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic partnerships.
9. Proven success in leading strategic partnerships.
10. Expertise in developing business cases, financial analysis, and familiarity with legal agreements.
11. Experience in developing and executing long-term strategic partnership plans.
12. Experience with Identity and Access Management products and solutions.
13. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

1. Existing network to potential partners within the European market.
2. Additional languages such as German, French, and Italian are a plus.
3. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
