Job description
As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring our company's financial compliance. You will independently manage the monthly and annual financial closings, oversee the cash flow, and act as a primary contact for our auditors and banking partners. Your responsibilities will encompass:
1. The control of the book entries in the general ledger, the debtors ledger and the creditors ledger.
2. Maintain and update the documentation of the internal control system and improve our financial processes.
3. Prepare various financial reports, ensuring full tax and regulatory compliance.
4. Participate in the budgeting exercises and manage the asset inventories.
5. Provide essential support to your accounting colleagues.
6. Act as a key user for our ERP - Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Profile
You hold a Finance and Accounting Specialist certification (Brevet) or an equivalent qualification like a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Backed by experience in a similar role, ideally within a multicultural environment, you bring strong proficiency with data management systems (ERP), excellent Excel skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to our ERP system as a key user. A collaborative mindset, coupled with an open and dynamic personality, will help you to succeed in this role. Additionally, a commitment to deliver high-quality, timely work is essential, as you will be an integral part of our financial team.
Professional requirements
1. Finance and Accounting Specialist certification (Brevet) or an equivalent qualification like a Bachelor degree in Business Administration
2. Experience in a similar role in a multicultural environment
