* Prepare our specified vegan-detox menus
* Working according to HACCP
* Receiving food and storing it correctly
* Safe and responsible operation of kitchen equipment
* Working efficiently especially at busy times during lunch and dinner service
* Support in our staff canteen with the preparation of the menu
* Supporting the Chef de Parties
Qualifications & Competences
* Completed vocational training as a cook in the gastronomy / hotel industry
* First experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel / catering industry
* Attention to detail, creativity and reliability
* Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and enthusiasm
* Good knowledge of English, any other foreign language would be an advantage
* Positive attitude and team player
* Willingness to work split shift
