What you will do
* Based in Zollikofen, you process orders from order intake to delivery, invoices and monitoring of incoming payments
* Trigger order confirmations to customers
* Monitor delivery deadlines
* Prepare the necessary export documents
* Provide administrative support for the customers and Area Sales Managers
* Correspondence in English (Email, Phone, etc.)
* Organise trips as well as internal and external meetings
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for what you do
What we require
* Business school or bachelor's degree
* Experience in order administration and export
* Good knowledge of English, basic German; Spanish is an advantage but not a must
* Experience and knowledge of SAP
* Confident manner and assertiveness combined with the ability to communicate at the appropriate level and in different cultures
* Personal responsibility, willingness to learn and change, quality and diligence
* Ability to work independently, accurately, and well organized
* Pronounced customer- and service-orientation
