You’ll join a collaborative team of 5 individuals, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager. As a Quality Management and Production Planning Consultant, you’ll be a valued member of the global network of experts, serving as a strategic business partner.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the SAP systems. You’ll also play a key part in the ongoing implementation of the newly migrated S4/HANA system within your area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and refine processes across various teams and modules within our enterprise architecture.
* Take ownership of projects and sub-projects, providing technical leadership and guidance.
* Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying and documenting customer needs.
* Design, configure, and test SAP QM and PP systems.
* Create comprehensive functional designs, test cases, and results documentation.
* Proactively identify and propose enhancements to business processes and systems.
* Continuously learn, adapt, and improve the working environment within our divisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business information systems, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an SAP QM/PP consultant or relevant experience in sales or logistics.
* Proven expertise in SAP QM and PP modules.
* Strong knowledge of SAP purchasing and experience with S4/HANA is a plus.
* Highly organized, goal-oriented, and resilient approach to work.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams.
* Experience working in global teams across international environments.
* Customer-focused mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation.
* Experience analyzing and debugging ABAP code is a valuable asset.
* Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, Jaggaer (or other SRM systems), and system integrations is advantageous.
* Ability to work effectively within an agile framework, utilizing user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprints.
* Self-motivated and independent work style.
* Fluency in English is essential, and German language skills are a plus.
