Non-conformities management: Identify, analyze, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Handling customer complaints: Analyze complaints, ensure prompt resolution, and improve processes to prevent recurrence.
Supplier audits: Regularly evaluate suppliers to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
Production & Supplier issues management: Track performance deviations, implement corrective actions, and monitor results.
Electronics engineer or related technical education, you benefit from at least 5 years of quality engineering experience within the electronics field.
Quickly entrusted with responsibilities, you demonstrate autonomy and a sense of initiative.
Fluent in English, other languages such as French and/or German are nice to have.
