As an International Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will gain valuable experience in medical device regulations at Stryker, a global leader in innovative, high-quality devices. What you will do
1. Assist international local RA teams in preparing and submitting regulatory applications on time, coordinating and preparing required documents.
2. Collect and organize regulatory insights, tracking application statuses and sharing updates with the team.
3. Partner with internal teams to create submission materials and organize meetings with stakeholders.
4. Research and monitor global regulatory requirements to support product approvals and compliance.
5. Improve regulatory procedures, SOPs, and team efficiency through solutions and multitasking.
What you will need:
Required:
1. B.Sc. or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in the medical device industry, including internships or relevant work experience, ideally within regulatory affairs exposure.
3. Attention to detail for data accuracy, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
4. Strong ability to navigate complexities, adapt to challenges, and work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
5. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred:
1. Direct regulatory affairs experience, with expertise in EU/FDA regulations and regulatory documentation, is a significant advantage. International regulatory affairs knowledge is an added bonus.
2. German language proficiency is a plus.
