HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
EVENTS
You will contribute to creating memorable, high-impact events that reflect our brand’s legacy and allure. We value creativity, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in everything we do. As part of our Central Europe marketing team, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of all events in the Swiss market:
PLANNING
* Establishing a consistent yearly planning of events in line with annual thematic and product launches - with our internal Boutiques of Geneva and Zurich and our Wholesale Partners, in close collaboration with the commercial team.
* Identifying a pool of potential affinity Partners, in line with Brand identity and clientele and proposing relevant concepts and partnerships.
* Stay current with industry trends and major local events and exhibitions to capitalize on these happenings to build dedicated client activations.
EXECUTION
* Conceiving and implementing unique event concepts aligned with Maison positioning and market strategy; small scale in-store activities, regional roadshows, larger events in outside premises as well as high-end treatments for individual clients.
* In some particular cases, organize bid-offer and lead external agencies to execute projects in adequation with our Maison exclusive High-Watchmaking positioning.
* Manage end-to-end event logistics including catering & hospitality, logistics, security, and management of all suppliers involved.
* Be present during events to ensure smooth running of operations and oversee best level of execution and coordination.
REPORTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE
* Develop and monitor event budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources without compromising quality.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to achieve best value while maintaining luxury standards.
* Track and reconcile expenses and financial records.
Update marketing plan and event planning documents.
Deliver comprehensive and highly qualitative pre and post event reports for all events, including ROI calculation and key learnings.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING AND GIFTS
You will be responsible for executing visual merchandising strategies within the local market managing local production and ensuring on-brand presentation in line with Maison’s standards. Working closely with Headquarters teams you will ensure seamless deployment and execution of our VM animations.
LOCAL PRODUCTION & REPORTING
* Following HQ VM guidelines, in charge of local production of global VM animation and local gifts including suppliers sourcing, production management, logistics, and implementation follow-up.
* Coordinate and support all POS on VM matters and be the main contact person for HQ / suppliers.
* In collaboration with each boutique, producing the annual order for VM material and gifts, taking into account all the specific needs of each POS.
* After each VM installation, collect all photos in our reporting tool and submit report to HQ.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Event management, ideally in the luxury industry.
* Existing network of suppliers in the event industry as well as good knowledge of the hospitality industry.
* Understanding of the luxury market and clients’ expectations is essential.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent sense of aesthetics and refined taste.
* Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP.
* Able to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays to oversee events.
