Strategic
* Manage Change to elevate Prestige Brands into a digital culture.
* Participate actively in the SAP integration projects and continuous improvement by using the recommended methods and tools.
Delivery
* Respect existing solutions and requirements to design and implement targeted and pragmatic solutions.
* Evaluate the capacity requirements necessary to add value to the project following a request from the trade.
* Manage change requests or incidents.
* Coordinate the developers and carry out unit tests and, if necessary, integration and non-regression tests.
* Be in charge of level 3 and level 2 training and support.
* Ensure business requirements are validated, measured during project implementation, and meet expectations.
* Participate actively and responsibly in:
o Maintaining data security (availability, confidentiality, integrity).
o Definitions of data migration.
o The different project phases, respecting the methodologies and tools in place.
o Definitions and achievements of reporting and indicators.
Program Management
* Secure, sponsor, and support company culture, values, policies, procedures, and standards with integrity.
* Share and involve senior business analyst colleagues from other fields.
* Manage change.
* Coach and lead, simplify complexity, explain, build the sense of team, drive and encourage with a delivery focus.
