Global Digital Communications Manager, Beauty & Care

As our Global Digital Communications Manager, you will elevate our Beauty & Care business’ digital presence. You will engage target audiences and drive lead generation and brand loyalty through our communication efforts in the digital space. In this role you will have a critical part in expanding market reach, fostering customer relationships and supporting sales growth.

Your key responsibilities:
1. Digital Comms. Plan Deployment: Drive and execute our digital communication plans across multiple platforms in alignment with overall brand, campaigns, and communication objectives. Craft compelling content that resonates with our B2B audience and promotes the business' solutions and services within the beauty industry. Oversee our content calendars and coordinate content creation with internal teams and external partners.
2. Email Marketing Lead (by Marketo): Manage and optimize email campaigns, segmentation and automation within Marketo to increase engagement and drive lead generation. This includes creating welcome series, onboarding flows, lead nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and personalized content streams. Monitor email performance and make data-driven improvements to boost open rates, click-through rates, and conversion. Maintain and grow our email subscriber base by implementing strategic lead generation tactics.
3. Website Management: Maintain and update the Beauty & Care’s website with relevant content, ensuring a user-friendly experience that reflects brand identity and drives conversions. Collaborate with designers and developers to optimize website functionality, UX/UI, and SEO. Monitor website analytics and traffic to continuously improve site performance.
4. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Develop and manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid search platforms, to drive traffic and lead generation. Conduct keyword research and optimize ads for maximum visibility and relevance. Track, analyze, and report on SEM performance and adjust campaigns as needed to meet goals.
5. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs across all digital channels, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance. Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, including email, social, website, and SEM, for key stakeholders.
You bring:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2. 5+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or B2B industry.
3. Proficiency in website management, Marketo (or similar email marketing platforms), Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress (or other CMS), webinar support, and SEO knowledge.
4. Extensive experience in Content Creation for digital channels.
5. Experience in tracking and analyzing KPIs across all digital channels. Build reports, provide and initiate recommendations that will improve performance.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
