Job Description
This role will focus on leading global Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategy while ensuring the seamless operation of HR functions. Key responsibilities will include:
* Develop and Implement Talent Strategies: Drive the creation and execution of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategies across the organisation.
* Succession Planning and Talent Mapping: Define and establish key succession plans and talent mapping initiatives to support future growth.
* Senior-Level Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts for senior roles, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
* Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Implement a strong employer branding strategy to enhance candidate experience and attract top talent.
* Performance Management and Employee Development: Support business leaders with performance reviews and employee development programmes.
* Continuous Improvement of HR Practices: Regularly review and enhance HR policies and practices to align with best practices and evolving organisational needs.
