Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Chief of Staff Working Student to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our founders with daily operations, community building and management, business development, and other strategic topics. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced start-up environment while contributing to various business-critical tasks. You will be guided directly by the founders Jonathan and Jannis, work independently, demonstrating a strong bias for action while ensuring strategic foresight in your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Operational Support for Founders
Support partnership development and business outreach initiatives.
Prepare sales and marketing materials and assist with outreach to potential clients.
Assist founders with day-to-day operations such as email campaigns and social media content management.
2. Freelance Recruiter Acquisition & Community Management
Lead end-to-end competency-based recruiter acquisition and maintain our CRM up to date.
Manage the Slack workspace, curate compelling newsletters and conduct feedback surveys.
3. Additional Responsibilities
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and the implementation of key business initiatives. Additionally, assist with a variety of ad hoc tasks and projects to support the founders.
Optionally engage in recruitment tasks by sourcing and selecting candidates for clients.
Profile Requirements
Education:
A high performer currently enrolled in a top-tier German university or other respected institutions for a Masters program for at least one more year.
Languages:
German (C1- Native) is highly preferred; however, exceptional candidates without German may be considered.
Fluent in English.
Skills:
Independent and self-reliant with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Experience working fully remote is a big plus.
Mindset:
Reliable and capable of working autonomously.
Strategic thinker with a bias for action.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setup.
