For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Senior Organizational Change Manager [mainly remote] (m/f/x)
* Location: remote (occasional onsite meetings every 5-6 weeks)
* Branch: Pharma
* Duration: 6-12 months
* Necessary to work as freelancer to be able to invoice us the worked hours. If you’re already based in Switzerland it’s also possible to get employed by us (swiss payroll)
Our customer in the Pharma industry has initiated a global Business Process and ERP Program which will define, implement and deploy the future ERP solutions based on SAP S/4HANA and other cloud and on-premise systems, supporting simplified, standardized and automated global business processes by leveraging SAP’s, industry best practices. For the ongoing deployment phase, we are looking for a Senior Change Manager. The ideal candidate can combine project management and change management and training experience and was part of global IT transformational programs.
The role is a full-time role with few onsite presences in Basel. The expected duration of the engagement is 6-12 months.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Lead the change management team, including communication and training
* Manage organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and communication activities
* Apply best practices in change management and training approaches and strategies
* Build the bridge between deployment managers, the IT template team, and end-users
* Ensure that documentation, tools, and materials are effective, current, and accessible
* Take ownership of the change management and training strategy, approach, plan, and activities within the Procurement project stream
* Coordinate workshop activities, materials, and sprint sessions for deployment workshops; drive execution and completion of open tasks/issues and relevant backlogs
* Oversee project planning, ensuring activities and status are tracked and managed
* Prepare, operationalize, and maintain the project plan in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
Must Haves
* Minimum 10 years of experience as a Change Manager in IT/ERP transformation programs
* Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in complex programs
* Strong understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies
* Proven track record in implementing projects with expertise in change management and process improvement
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in developing and executing change management and training strategies
* Demonstrated skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management with a hands-on approach
* Proficient in both traditional and agile project management methodologies
* Willingness to work outside regular hours to support global projects
* Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
* Experience with JIRA
* Skilled in creating engaging presentations and tools
Nice to Haves
* Knowledge of process-based/cross-process IT systems (SAP ECC/S4 as well as Ariba/ Coupa or non-SAP Purchase-to-Pay solutions)
* SAFe experience
* Business-level proficiency in German, both written and spoken
