Key Responsibilities: - Schedule Management: Take charge of complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure meticulous preparation and follow-up for all engagements. - Travel Coordination: Plan and manage comprehensive travel arrangements with attention to detail. - Daily Operations: Handle a variety of tasks including communications, planning, and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations. - Research & Strategy: Conduct specialized research and play a key role in advancing strategic internal initiatives. Qualifications: - Educational Background: Completed commercial education or equivalent qualifications. - Professional Development: Additional training as an Executive Assistant, ideally with a recognized certification such as the Swiss Federal Diploma. - Experience: 5-8 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in professional services sectors like investment banking, fintech, or law. - Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken German, along with a strong command of English. - Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Mindset & Work Style: A proactive approach with high responsibility, autonomy, and efficiency in task management.
