Position Summary
As a “Consumer and Market Insights Project Manager”, you will be responsible for developing and leveraging comprehensive consumer and market insights to drive innovation, shape brand strategy, and enhance communication and customer experience. Your expertise will play a crucial role in informing key business decisions and ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
A Day in the Life of a Consumer and Market Insights Project Manager
* Develop and drive consumer, market, and brand understanding for assigned HQ business areas, bridging knowledge gaps and leading research.
* Foster consumer empathy across the business team to inform decision-making and inspire collaboration.
* Translate business questions into research plans and work with external agencies to execute projects.
* Provide objective, actionable findings from research results to guide decision-making.
* Communicate results effectively to impact decisions at all levels, including leadership.
* Manage global CMI monitoring tools, driving adoption, training, and improvement.
* Serve as a reference for the tool within the Nespresso global insight network and Nestle CMI community.
What will make you successful
* University degree in Marketing or equivalent.
* 3-5 years of experience in Consumer and Market Insights (agency and/or client side).
* Strong communication analytical skills.
* Experience in qualitative and quantitative research techniques for innovation, communication, and branding.
* Ability to design research plans and lead projects with budget, supplier, research and schedule management.
* Curiosity and experience uncovering consumer opportunities and trends.
