* Serve as the primary contact for all ICT requests from users across various sites in Switzerland.
* Provide advice on optimal use of workstations, telephony (Teams Phone), and M365.
* Offer first and second-level support, involving external partners when necessary.
* Manage the entire lifecycle of IT infrastructure for workstations, from onboarding to offboarding, including software, licenses, and access rights.
* Collaborate closely with support teams from other group entities.
* Actively participate in ICT projects.
* Completed training as an IT specialist (CFC, ES, or equivalent).
* Extensive knowledge of PCs, smartphones, Windows, printers, administration, and M365 applications. Familiarity with Teams Phone is a plus.
* Known for being open, communicative, customer- and service-oriented, enjoying daily interaction with users and diverse IT topics.
* Distinguished by autonomy, willingness to learn, assertiveness, and perseverance.
* Good linguistic skills to support users in French and German, with proficiency in English for international collaborations.
