This position is part of the Digital & Tech (IT Procurement) network leadership team reporting into the Head of Procurement Delivery - Digital & Tech.
As the Procurement Delivery Lead - Digital & Tech (IT External Workforce & Services), you will work in a dynamic global environment where you will meet the challenge to bring vision, guidance, prioritization, and focus to the Procurement Delivery capability area such as team vision, capability development and strategic Delivery prioritization (in line with functional objectives and business needs).
Thanks to your collaborative and influencing skills, you partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Informatics Vendor Management Team, other Procurement Teams) to align on needs, identify opportunities, define goals and advance priorities. You influence decision making and remove barriers to ensure delivery of high quality customer oriented sourcing and spend management strategies.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Act as a Delivery domain lead providing thought leadership, advice, and know-how on delivery capability topics, strategies, and best practices.
* Oversee, improve and drive delivery of sourcing, category and supplier related strategies as well as coaching team members.
* Directly manage and be accountable for the performance of teams of Sr. Procurement Delivery Managers and Procurement Delivery Managers.
* Your successful performance depends on the full embodiment and demonstration of core mindsets and behaviors, including curiosity, passion, an entrepreneurial spirit, enterprise thinking and inclusive collaboration.

Skills
This is a role for highly experienced experts only and you need to have 15+ years experience within IT workforce sourcing and procurement ideally both from working in a large scale IT Procurement and/or IT Vendor Management function.
You hold a university degree, with a business or life science degree preferable and you have worked ideally in a matrix organization as well as demonstrated success in building and cultivating management of global medium to large teams (>10-15).
In addition, you have:
* Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of strategic IT workforce sourcing and end-to-end operationalization.
* Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
* Deep expert knowledge and experience in the IT category area (IT External Workforce including large scale Managed Services, Staff Augmentation).
* Experience in project management including change management and process improvement with direct experience in delivering complex organizational change projects.
* Business level fluency in English.
