Ecorobotix is growing! To pursue our mission, we are looking for our next:
Your missions:
* Together with the Head of Software and the Product Managers, define the project and feature scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Specify, plan, and implement our product development project from definition to production.
* Define required resources for tasks and manage budgets.
* Create schedules and project timelines, track deliverables.
* Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
* Identify risks and opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with various teams while reporting directly to the Head of Software.
Your profile:
* Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
* At least four years of proven experience as a project manager in a software development environment going into production on hardware complex systems or embedded systems, such as machinery, processing and actuation, robotics.
You have:
* A project management qualification (PMI, PMP) or equivalent.
* Proven ability to deliver large, complex projects.
* Experience with Release process from definition to deployment.
* Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
* Fluent in English (oral and written).
Your soft skills:
* Ability to understand, plan and challenge software technical decisions.
* Confident with organization and method to solve issues and synchronize teams' deliverables.
* Strong interpersonal and communication capacities are required to converse with a broad spectrum of personalities.
* Keen to adapt to a challenging, fast-moving environment.
