Do you have a passion for numbers and strong analytical skills? We offer you the opportunity to become part of our Group Finance team. In this newly created position, reporting directly to the Vice President Finance & Controlling, you will find numerous development opportunities and exciting challenges in a dynamic and dedicated environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Consolidation and Reporting:
1. Consolidation of monthly financial figures (Actual, Rolling Forecast) in close collaboration with the Group Accounting Manager
2. Review of subsidiary financial data and execution of intercompany reconciliations
3. Preparation of monthly reports for the executive management and the board, including analysis and commentary on business performance
4. Acting as the Controlling Business Partner for a specific geographical business unit
Process Development and Projects:
1. Further development of reporting processes
2. Participation in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements, budgeting, and long-term planning
3. Leading and contributing to finance projects (e.g., BI integration, CRM development)
4. Support in the financial integration of new acquisitions and within M&A processes
Data Analysis and Consulting:
1. Analysis and preparation of financial data, creation of presentations
2. Point of contact for the global finance team regarding questions on monthly reporting
Your Profile:
1. Successfully completed studies in economics, ideally with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting
2. Enjoy working with large datasets and have an affinity for IT applications, especially Excel and databases
3. Structured and precise working style
4. Strong interest in consolidation, reporting, and controlling
5. Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
6. Team-oriented personality with a passion for numbers and processes
