* Conception, development, maintenance, evolution, testing, and documentation of the next generation software solutions
* That software supports business of the major sport events like Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games or World Cups
* Ensure the highest quality and reliability of the software you produce
* Managing the high level specifications and best practices for the team
* Mentor and coach developers through proactively looking for opportunities to increase their skills, as well as act as a technical leader within the team
* Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to) to ensure engineering maturity and quality control
* Further : to lead and push a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, while creating a safe place for developers to experiment with radical and high risk changes
Profile
* 5+ years experience as a professional software developer
* You hold a degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
* You are resilient and able to operate in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment
* You are structured, systematic and organized in your way of working you prioritize according the deadlines
* You are optimistic, motivating and visionary, you are available for travels abroad
Professional requirements
* You have proven experience in developing web applications with .NET / C# backend deployed in Docker or AKS
* Frontend technology knowledge is a plus
* You have experience of automated testing and deployments, as well as good understanding of Agile principles (XP, Scrum, Kanban).
Languages
* Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
