* Analyze and evaluate sales performance to identify key drivers, opportunities, and risks, supporting critical business decisions.
* Innovate and improve tools and dashboards to track performance against competitors, and consolidate market share data across the region.
* Consolidate and refine forecasts from different markets, continuously improving forecasting methodologies to support financial planning.
* Incorporate external factors and strategic levers to deliver accurate sales projections.
* Develop business cases, strategies and price adjustments, assessing margin impacts.
* Analyze the performance of key promotions and innovations, building tools to track key performance indicators such as brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with market teams to provide insights on pricing strategies and ensure consistent, data-driven pricing decisions across the region.
* Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
* 3 to 7 years of professional experience in a Commercial Finance role, prior experience in retail or food & beverages is advantageous.
* Strong commercial mindset with a high level of financial literacy, and expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in IT tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). Experience with Business Intelligence tools is recommended (Power BI/Power Pivot is a plus).
* Fluency in English is required, with additional knowledge of French and/or German being highly advantageous given the Swiss multilingual environment.
