Your crew
You’ll be part of the energetic sales team based in our Nyon office. Your role will be key in leading sales strategy per customer account for the Slip Rings Business Unit. You will be accountable for growing the existing client’s portfolio and for expanding our footprint with new international clients. You will be the single client point of contact representing Beyond Gravity, the leader in the slip rings market, having the responsibility to sell advanced cutting-edge products and creating value for our Defense & Space customers.
Your Mission
1. Being the single point of contact of the client representing Beyond Gravity Slip Rings.
2. Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.
3. Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy per customer account.
4. Build and sustain long term customer relationships and understand their technical needs.
5. Identify emerging markets and market trends while being fully aware of new products and competition positioning.
6. Manage major bids according to the customers’ requirements, review proposals to make sure it fits with customer’s expectations.
7. Provide forecasts by Program/Customer and maintain the prospect funnel.
8. Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales.
Your Story
1. BSc/MS degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a Sales position.
3. Fluent in French and English.
4. Strong experience in chasing after new clients and opening new doors.
5. Previous experience in the Defense & Space industry and/or other high-end industry.
6. Quick adaptability in international environment and ability to deal with various worldwide clients.
