Senior Marketing Manager - Planning The Senior Marketing Manager - Planning oversees and steers the planning process across all-year marketing initiatives, creating and managing a comprehensive event calendar, milestone overviews, and stakeholder rights maps for various events and tournaments. This role collaborates closely with teams across digital, marketing, brand, and business intelligence functions to ensure seamless execution and coordination. Key responsibilities include: Developing, maintaining, and sharing a calendar of all planned marketing activities. Creating and updating a rights map for stakeholders. Providing timely insights and updates to project teams to support marketing activations. Drafting briefs for creative, media, and production functions. Acting as a key source of information for concurrent marketing activities and maintaining strong internal communication. Supporting the digital archive's implementation and management alongside relevant stakeholders. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role. Proven project management skills with experience in sports, events, or entertainment. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of media, digital marketing, and innovation. Adaptable and efficient under pressure; excellent communication and project management abilities. Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages as a plus. Proficient with Office suite, cloud-based tools, and project management software.
