Requirements
* Proven experience in communication management, ideally within a similar industry (outdoor, sports, cycling, or lifestyle brands).
* Strong understanding of brand communication, with an eye for consistency across digital, print, and B2B channels.
* Hands-on attitude: a doer who excels in both strategy development and flawless execution.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple communication channels and ensure all materials are aligned with brand identity.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German or French is a plus).
* Passion for cycling and a deep understanding of the cycling community and culture is highly desirable.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Position Overview: As the Communications Manager, you will oversee all ongoing communications for BMC. Your role will be crucial in driving continuous, comprehensive communications efforts that build brand awareness and effectively communicate our brand identity and key marketing messages. You will manage multiple communication channels and ensure consistency, quality, and completeness across all platforms.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the overall brand communication strategy for BMC.
* Ensure all communication materials are on-brand, consistent, and of the highest quality across all channels.
* Manage and coordinate content for newsletters, brand-related website communication, and B2B communication.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is aligned with brand identity and goals.
* Maintain a clear communication flow across different platforms and stakeholders. Ensure that all communication efforts are complete, accurate, and reflect the brand’s standards.
